Saturday November 18
Our second flying session went off pretty well... Some of us got in 3 hours of flying time. Well at least we had the Gym for 3 hours...
ALOT of pilots showed up as well as a good group of spectators, this was the largest group yet. 10 Pilots and 4 spectators.
Man, it got so crowed in the air we almost needed ATC. "Yeah St. Marys Center this is Slow Stick 1 have traffic in site, Tiger Moth at 11 o'clock and Hoverdisk at 4 o'clock. Will maintain altitude and airspeed."
A few spectacular unintentional mid-air collisions occurred as well as well as some rough housing around by a few of the "big dogs". Many low, slow and view obstructing passes were made to work the in air pilots as well as spectators...
